Meet Dr Nikki
Dr Nikki has been a doctor since 2009 and has always had an interest in the health and wellbeing of women. She is based in Milton Keynes with her husband Tom, their two daughters, and is cat-mum to Honey.
She was diagnosed with Premature Ovarian Insufficiency in 2023 and is aware from first hand experience of how hormone imbalance can impact on literally everything we do in life.
She is a registered British Menopause Society menopause specialist and is member of the royal college of obstetricians and gynaecologists. She also holds a diploma from the faculty of reproductive and sexual health.
Meet Harmony Digestive & Liver Wellness Centre
Harmony Digestive & Liver Wellness Centre is a consultant-delivered, specialist service for adults with disorders of the oesophagus, stomach, bowel and liver, based within the Vitalscan facility in Milton Keynes.
The clinic offers swift, direct access to senior, renowned specialists for symptoms such as reflux, difficulty swallowing, abdominal pain, bloating, change in bowel habit, rectal bleeding, abnormal liver tests and difficult long standing bowel symptoms. Virtual services are also available for those who cannot travel.
Care is organised around a single principle: a seamless, end-to-end pathway under the supervision of a named consultant.
Patients are reviewed in an unhurried setting, with clear explanation of findings, bespoke investigation strategies and treatment plans, and prompt communication back to the referring clinician.
Services available at include:
- Consultant-led new and follow-up consultations
- Office based upper endoscopy, using disposable endoscopes
- Hydrogen/Methane breath testing for conditions such as small intestinal bacterial overgrowth (SIBO).
- Breath and stool tests for H pylori infections
- On-site blood tests
- Ultrasound and cross-sectional imaging (ultrasound, CT, MRI) with our partners
We welcome referrals from GPs, other specialists and self-funding patients.
Appointments are usually available at short notice, offering an efficient, discreet and high-quality environment for the assessment and management of gastrointestinal and liver conditions.
